A WARNING ABOUT MSN

It has come to our attention that members are being bullied over MSN after giving out their messenger contact details to members on this forum. Unfortunately bullying on msn cannot be dealt with by the moderators here unless it directly spills onto the forum.

Please be VERY careful about posting your msn details in your profile and please be careful with who you give your contact details out to. If a person you don't know adds you then you should not accept them or send them a message asking who they are before you accept them.

If you are being bullied by people on msn you should block them from your contents or use the appear offline option. I would also warn everybody not to put personal information such as facebook details, surname, address, phone numbers etc on your msn profile or space. As nice as it is to make new friends on the internet, you do not know who you are talking to, if you are being harrassed please tell somebody older or more responsible and see if they can help.

If you are harrassing people on msn please remember that just because it is online does not make it not bullying. If you pick on, intimidate, deliberately upset or make another person uncomfortable whether face to face or over the internet, YOU ARE A BULLY. I hope that one day you will come to understand the concequences of your fun and games and apologise to those you've offended in the meantime I feel very sorry for you.
