Change the appearance of your post

Bold/ Italic / Underline

These are fairly self explanatory and work the same as Word. Simply highlight the text you want to put in bold, italic or underline and click the relevent button.

Your edited view should look like:

And your finished version will look like this:

It is possible to make a piece of text bold, italic or underlined simply by adding: [b], [i], or [u] at the front of the text and [/b], [/i] or [/u] at the end of the text.

 

Smilies

Bttb has a selection of smilies which can be found on the left of every post.here.jpg

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 If you're using quick edit or fast reply simply click:click here.jpg

 

 

 

and you're given the same options.

You can use up to five smilies per post.

In edit your smilies will look (in order, left to right, top to bottom) like:

It is also possible to post smilies using the quick method. To do this you simply insert the smilie codes (see screencap above) in :this: format.

Your smilies appear in your post like this:

* Please note administrators are able to override board settings. It will not be possible for members to post more than 5 smilies in a post.

 

Changing your font colour

To change the colour of your text simply highlight the text click:colour1.jpg

 

 

 

 

 

 

 This brings up the colour palette:colour2.jpg

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Select your colour and in edit it will look like this:

 Changing your font size

Simply highlight your text and click the button shown to select your size.
