How To Start a New Topic
If you want to post a new topic, you use the 'new topic' button at the top of the page:
That opens a box which looks like this:
You need to pick a topic title (this should be brief) and then in the second box you can write a few words describing the topic but this is not essential.
In the main topic box write what it is you want to say and you can use the how to change the appearance of your post section to add colour, change fonts, add links or images to the post.
